Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will play a critical role in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential clients in the IT sector through various channels (online research, networking, cold calling, etc.).
Generate leads and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client needs and propose appropriate IT solutions or services.
Sales & Business Development:

Pitch IT products, services, or solutions effectively to clients.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Market Analysis:

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Provide feedback to the product or service team based on client requirements and market demand.
Reporting & Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in the CRM.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client interactions.

Strong understanding of IT products, services, and industry trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and confident in client interactions and presentations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
